This is an easy cranberry relish recipe with a jalapeno pepper kick. A delightful mix of sweet and spicy.
NOTE: Some people prefer to cook the cranberries first. If you are unsure, taste one of the fresh cranberries and if you like it then continue with the recipe below. If the uncooked cranberry is not to your liking, cook the cranberries per instructions on the package and then continue with the recipe here.
If you cook the cranberries the relish will take on a softer texture than this recipe intended.
