This corn relish is a great summer treat...or any time at all. Use as a side dish or condiment for chicken, beef or pork. And, of course, with hot dogs.
Just a caution about turmeric that is used in this recipe. If you are unfamiliar with turmeric, be aware that it will stain anything it touches a bright yellow and the stain is difficult to remove from your good cookware. A simple way to avoid this is to add a dash of turmeric in each jar before adding the hot relish rather than putting it in your cookware.
