Chicken is a very popular main course and it may be cooked many different ways. The most popular probably being fried. But occasionally we want something a little different...something that makes our taste buds rare up and say "WOW!". And the following recipe will certainly do that.
A little spicy, a little sweet a little tangy, this delightful Jalapeno Lime Chicken will have everyone asking for more. The only difficult step is to decide how much jalapeno pepper to use. Be aware that the heat of jalapeno peppers is in the seeds and membrane on the inside walls of the pepper. If you are sensitive to spiciness eliminate the seeds and membrane. If you love the heat...use the whole pepper and you can add an extra pepper or two.
The recipe may be cooked in the oven or on the outdoor grill. Other than the 2 hour wait for the refrigerated basting, the prep time is short and easy. And to infuse more flavor you can extend the marinade time to overnight if you choose.
