This simply barbecue pork chops recipe uses an old technique to tenderize the chops before grilling. Recommended especially for cheaper cuts of pork or beef. The salt water soak works especially well on chicken.
The recipe is written for bone-in, center cut chops. You can use any pork chops for this recipe but we like the boneless, center cut. They are smaller than regular chops so allow two per person if you use them.
