World's Easiest Waffle Recipe

While we are not big fans of "mixes", there are times when you need something quick and easy...and almost fail-proof.

Ingredients

* 2 cups bisquick mix
* 1 egg
* 1/2 cup cooking oil
* 1 tablespoon sugar
* 1 and 1/3 cups club soda (you can substitute milk)
* 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

1. Turn on waffle iron and allow to heat.
2. Separate egg white from yolk. Beat egg white until stiff (like whipped cream).
3. Combine bisquick, egg yolk, oil, sugar, vanilla and club soda in mixing bowl and mix well.
4. Gently fold in beaten egg white.
5. Pour into hot waffle iron and cook till golden brown
Pretty simple, huh?
Makes 3 or 4 waffles, according to the size of your waffle iron.
