Bisquick Waffle Recipe
Here's the fastest, simplest waffles you can make. Hard to fail with this recipe
Ingredients
* 1 1/2 cup bisquick* 3/4 cup milk
* 2 tablespoons sugar
* 2 Teaspoon vegetable oil
* 2 ea egg yolks
* 2 ea egg whites
* 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Pre-heat waffle iron1. Mix all ingredients except egg whites, sit aside.
2. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff.
3. Gently fold beaten egg whites into bisquick mixture.
4. Pour 1/4 - 1/3 cup batter onto center of hot waffle iron.
5. Bake until steaming stops. Remove waffle carefully.
Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream and fruit of your choice.
Makes about 6 waffles
