Sauce for Apples Recipe




Ingredients
* 1 egg
* 1/2 cup sugar
* 1/4 cup vinegar
* 1 tablespoon flour
* 1 cup boiling water
* 1 teaspoon butter
* Nuts, optional

Directions
1. Bring 1 cup water to a boil in a saucepan.
2. Add egg, sugar, vinegar and flour. Cook and stir until thick.
3. Remove from heat, add butter. Stir until smooth.
4. Cool and pour over bite sized, sliced apples and nuts.
