Fish Lemon Sauce Recipe
First, prepare fish (Orange Roughy works well) by dipping fish in beaten egg whites and rolling in bread crumbs. Fry fish until golden brown.
Ingredients
* 1/2 cup white wine* 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
* 1 teaspoon lemon zest
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 Tablespoon parsley
Directions
1. Using the pan the fish was cooked in, deglaze the pan with a little water (add 2-3 tablespoons of water and bring to a boil, scraping all the fish residue off the bottom of the pan).2. Add wine and cook until wine reduces a bit. Add remaining ingredients and bring sauce to a boil. Simmer 2 minutes.
3. Pour sauce over fish and serve.
