We call this fruity hot sauce "fire in a bottle". It is a wonderful blend of sweet fruit and fiery habanero peppers, both hot and slightly sweet. The sauce may be kept in the refrigerator 1-2 months (or longer). Goes well with chicken, pork or fish.
If you have the ingredients to make a large batch, just double or triple the recipe ingredients except for the water. Use about 3 cups of water to make a double batch.
NOTE: When cooking or processing any spicy peppers (chilies), you should wear gloves and avoid touching your face, especially the eyes. Also, avoid breathing fumes of peppers when cooking, cutting or processing in a blender or food processor.
