Menu Idea - Pork Chops Dinner

This page is intended to show what dishes commonly go together to make a traditional Southern Pork Chop dinner.

You can make the cole slaw ahead, even the day before, since it's flavor only improves after sitting some time. And you can substitute pumpkin pie for the sweet potato pie since the same recipe works for both.

This dinner is quick to prepare since the fried foods take very little time. Be sure to prepare the fried okra last since it gets cold very fast and should be served steaming hot.

An easy way to copy all the recipes below is to:
1. Open Notepad or any word processor on your computer, then minimize it to the bottom of your screen.
2. Click on the link to the first recipe below (Pork Chops)
3. Copy and paste the recipe into Notepad (or whatever word processor you opened)
4. Click on the "Back Arrow" at the top of your browser to return to this Menu page.
5. Repeat the procedure for each of the recipes in the menu.
6. Then print out all the recipes from Notepad.
