Menu Idea -Southern Barbecue Ribs Dinner
This page is intended to show what dishes commonly go together to make a traditional Southern BBQ Ribs dinner.
The ribs may be prepared on the grill or the oven when weather prohibits outdoor cooking. Our menu includes traditional side dishes; sorghum baked beans, potato salad, iced tea and peach praline pie. You can make the potato salad ahead, even the day before, since it's flavor only improves after sitting (keep refrigerated). Note: We suggest you add 1/4 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce to the sorghum baked beans recipe when serving with this menu.
