BBQ Pork Chops

Ingredients
* 1 large center cut pork chop per person
* 1/2 cup sea salt
* 1 qt. water
* pepper, to taste
* barbecue sauce, buy or make your own (recipe here)

Directions
1. Stir sea salt into 1 qt. water. Place chops in large bowl and completely cover with the salt water. Place in refrigerator for 2 hours.
2. Remove pork chops from salt water, pepper both sides of chops and brush barbecue sauce on both sides.
3. Grill on hot grill 5 minutes on each side. Cut into one pork chop and check if done to your taste. Continue cooking if necessary.

It's not BBQ but here's another way to grill yummy chops. Follow above recipe but substitute BBQ sauce with Soy Sauce. Baste chops with Soy Sauce as they are cooking. Really good.
