You can use this dry rub to season chicken, lamb, fish, pork and beef. The dry rub may be refrigerated or frozen up to 6 months
If you intend to use the rub primarily for beef you may want to increase the amount of chili powder to 1/2 cup and black pepper to 1 1/2 tablespoons since the beef can be enhanced with more robust flavors.
