This simple BBQ Beef Brisket recipe may be cooked indoors in the oven or outside on the grill. Makes a mouth-watering BBQ either way.
NOTE: The liquid smoke in this recipe gives the meat a strong BBQ flavor so if you prefer a milder taste reduce the liquid smoke to 1/2 tablespoon.
The low temperature and long cook time is what imparts all the flavor and makes the meat tender so do not be tempted to rush things by increasing the oven temperature.
